Services include property advice, research, property reports, inspecting a property, attending a building & pest inspection & talking with and negotiating with agents on your behalf, to help in your decision to purchase the right property. Also if needed, I can recommend Solicitors and/or Conveyancers, Mortgage Brokers, Building and Pest Inspectors, Tradesmen, Architects/ Designers, Town Planners and Property Managers to name a few.

​
Conduct a thorough search of the market using industry connections, access to off-market listings, and comprehensive market knowledge to find properties that match your criteria. I leave no stone unturned in the pursuit of your ideal property which includes a valuation of potential properties using RP Data as well as my own knowledge.

#3 Due Diligence
​
Before proceeding with any property, perform comprehensive due diligence to ensure it meets your standards. This includes assessing property condition, legal compliance, title checks, and identifying potential risks associated with the purchase.

#4 Property Viewings
​
Present potential properties to you and arrange viewings for the ones that interest you.

#5 Negotiation
​
For any you want to make an offer on, I will actively negotiate on your behalf with real estate agents regarding pricing and terms to secure the most favourable outcome in price, terms and value for your investment.

#6 Building and Pest Inspection
​
I will organise your own inspector or I can use my own trusted contacts. I will attend the building and pest inspection and will ask questions to clarify any points of potential issue for your peace of mind.

#7 Solicitor and/or Conveyancer Introduction
​
If required, I can introduce you to a solicitor or conveyancer who will handle due diligence and searches. Otherwise, we will use whoever you choose.

#8 Settlement Process
​
Monitor the progress of the settlement process and ensure that all negotiated terms are met. Work with relevant parties, such as solicitors/conveyancers, mortgage brokers, and inspectors, and be present for inspections and keep you informed to facilitate a smooth and timely settlement.
